The CDG Polo Long Sleeves Black Red Heart Emblem Shirt is more than a 100-year-old. CDG PLAY has not invented it, they have perfected it. Take away all that is not essential. What’s left? Clean cotton piqué, a structured collar, long sleeves, and one emblem, which has a heavier weight than any logo ought to. This is what occurs when Japanese precision is combined with a silhouette that the world already cherishes–and chooses to make it mean something again. Crafted For People Who Notice Details The majority will observe a polo. Everything will be seen by the right people. The two-button packet is not puffed out, no holes, no tug-of-war. The collar is flat and not pinned or pressed. The piqué weave breathes right as it must. And the cuffs, ribbed, fitted, finished, are perfectly in their place, not clawing upwards or downwards. Someone in Japan considered every single millimetre of this shirt and is very serious about his or her job. That’s not marketing. It’s simply what Made in Japan means. What’s Inside the Label Fabric: 100% Cotton Piqué Production: Japanese. Fit: Relaxed Unisex Collar: Structured polo collar – flat, no stiffener required, clean. Placket: Two-button front placket Sleeves: Full length, fitted ribbed cuffs. Hem: Straight hem, side vented. Construction: Lightweight – all year breathable, easy to wear. Three Reasons This Polo Outlasts Everything Else In Your Wardrobe One – Cotton piqué improves with age. Less used, more domestic, never worn. Two -The figure is truly classic. Not a buzzword timeless, but timeless because it is pre-trendy, and will be post-trendy. Three – That emblem, created by Filip Pagowski and brought to life by Rei Kawakubo, that way you will not have to tell anybody about your taste. It is self-explanatory, without saying, and without any difficulty. How to Wear It — And When The easy transfer: Wear it untucked with slim chinos and clean sneakers. Done. The high-waisted one: Tuck it in, with tailored trousers and leather loafers. And now here are some other shirts. The overlay appearance: Beneath a structured overshirt or wool blazer – the neck sticks out in the most ideal way. The complete CDG moment: Combine it with any CDG PLAY sweatpants or shorts and have the brand talk as a whole outfit. A Note On Sizing CDG PLAY is cut in Japan – where sizing is deliberately undersized. Take up one bigger than usual. The style is to be worn loosely but not too loose. Believe in the size up, it will fit just like it is made to. Another fact to remember: 100 percent cotton shrinks a bit after the initial wash. Size up guards you against this also. Why CDG PLAY. Why Now. Fast fashion has enabled one to have a large amount of clothing. CDG PLAY is created to satisfy those who would prefer having less, but better. Rei Kawakubo has constructed this line since 2002 based on one unwavering thought: that the best design is the one that does not proclaim itself. No trendy collections in the season. Nothing like partnerships to hype. Fresh, gender-neutral, Japanese-made and, therefore, just clean clothes that find their niche in your wardrobe and stay there. Why We Use Ceramic Bearings
Ceramic Bearings are ideal for the Vortex F5. They are superior to common steel bearings in many ways. Ceramic is the ideal material for obtaining higher RPM (faster speed).
Ceramic balls need less lubricant and have a greater hardness than steel balls. This contributes to increased bearing life. Thermal properties of ceramic balls are more superior than steel resulting in less heat generation at higher speeds.
Ceramic bearing assemblies use ceramic balls but they are constructed with steel inner and outer rings. Ceramic balls weigh up to 40% less than steel balls. This reduces centrifugal loading so ceramic bearings can operate up to 50% faster. Also, the outer race groove exerts less force against the ball as the bearing spins, reducing the friction and rolling resistance. The final results, ceramic balls allows the bearing to spin faster and uses less energy to maintain rotational speed.
By not having to insert burs by bear down on a hard surface like other carving tools, radial bearings can be utilized instead of angular bearings. Radial bearings are better suited for carving on their sides. Angular bearings which are primarily used in a vertical position and drilling.
Permanently Lubed for Life Turbine Bearings
Within the nosecone of the Vortex F5, there is a turbine bearing assembly. The bearings are permanently lubed and never need oiling. Warning: using an in-line mist fog oiler or placing drops of oil or cleaner into the hose may cause damage to the carver and void the warranty.
